Dropledge is a Social Cause-Based Technology Initiative focused on “purpose through gamification”. Using gamification technology & its data science to influence users’ subconscious mind to achieve desired actions/ results.
We design mobile games to address environmental as well as social issues and challenges in a most entertaining, engaging & fun way. With every engagement through Dropledge, users empower a cause to enrich lives by signing pledges or taking specific actions against some issues affecting the community & all species of our planet.
We use scientific research & analysis to understand the origin of social issues, their current state and what efforts are being taken to battle them. Using these insights, we craft a gamified user experience, which can enable a change in behaviour without the user even realizing the shift. This gamified technology solution (our games) not only entertains our players, but is also able to bring in awareness, engagement & cumulative real actions that empower these causes.
We are striving to transform people’s thoughts, habits and actions to make a difference in our world. This change is influenced by technology that taps into our user’s subconscious minds. Every user engagement on the platform empowers a cause, drives corrective action and enables people to do their bit through simple tasks.
Whether it is signing pledges, playing a game or making a contribution, every little bit counts and adds to the benefit of our future generations and our planet. Some of the major causes we work towards include Plastic pollution, Water Crisis, Climate Change, Women Safety, Brutality against Animals, Hunger & Migrant Crisis, amongst others.
Dropledge is a platform aimed at enabling user-driven real actions that drive societal transformation and aid environmental conservation by creating positive impact through behavioral change.
OUR CORE TEAM
A simple dinner table conversation with her 83-year-old grandfather on what the future holds, and the harm humans have caused to Mother Nature, got Sonia nervous & thinking of the destruction that her little son would inherit as his future.
Determined to make a difference, she collaborated with like-minded friends to create Dropledge.
Over the years, she has worked & volunteered with various women, children, education & health-related social issues. Sonia strongly believes that every single person taking that collective pledge does bring in change. Through Dropledge she hopes to accelerate that transformation!
She has completed her Bachelors in English Literature, and her Post-Graduation in Corporate Communications and Digital Business.
Vocationally, Sonia has been a communications professional with extensive experience in establishing & managing a full spectrum of corporate/ brand communication & employee engagement programs – having worked with J.P. Morgan, J.M. Financial, Ogilvy.
In her free time, she enjoys building Legos with her son, along with reading & gardening.
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge, Saurabh has held Business Development, Sales & Operations responsibilities across sectors for over the past 16 years.
His core expertise lies in research & analysis, evaluating growth strategies and translating them into results leading solutions. An excellent communicator with flair for writing, Saurabh is adept at networking with decision makers, conducting business introductions, and growing a customer base.
A Master in Marketing Management & Business Administration, Saurabh instrumental in developing innovative busines solutions & strategic partnerships at Dropledge.

Hiker, Blogger, Social Enthusiast & Environmentalist with a Media & Public Relations background, Divakar has led a very unique & interesting journey.
With over 8 years of experience as a Communications Manager, he comes with an experience of establishing and driving marketing communications, press relations, branding and event management strategies & initiatives.
Divakar holds a Postgraduate Degree in Advertising & Public Relations as well as a Master’s Degree in Marathi Journalism and Communication from Mumbai University. He is also guest columnist for several leading Marathi publications, including Maharashtra Times, Loksatta, Samana, Zee Disha and Prahar
Adventure sports enthusiast, self-starter & environmentalist, Abhijit has over 12 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management & Customer Service. As an initiator of Clean & Green Services, through the medium of Landscape Designing & Development, he has been able to successfully pursue his passion to create sustainable ecosystems by planting indigenous plantations & developing green spaces.
